Choteau 4th of July Trip Wins Facebook Contest
Posted July 6, 2012
I’m glad to say I’ve enjoyed the 4th of July in Choteau, Montana – actually the 3rd, 4th and 5th one year.
Our week #4 Facebook contest winner is Todd Daniels. Todd won two nights lodging at the Yogo Inn in Lewistown for his contest entry.
Following are Todd’s words about his Choteau visit:
“The fourth of July in Choteau is a family tradition and can’t be beat. The best parade in the world, fun run, duck races, keg hockey, pitchfork fondue and, of course, the rodeo.”
I love Todd’s photo. That’s one big John Deere!
I always like to see the forest service mule pack string and some of the ranch entries in Choteau’s parade. No matter what your favorite entry is, Choteau fits the bill for the Montana brand – spectacular unspoiled nature, vibrant and charming small towns that serve as gateways, and breathtaking experiences by day and relaxing hospitality at night.
Lucky me – I’ll be visiting Choteau and the Rocky Mountain Front in two days.
