About The Mint Bar & Grill
The Mint Bar & Grill is a brick building that was originally built for a car dealership in the 1940s. A decade later it was sold and became the Mint. In 1998, John Stelmack and John Adcock of Bozeman purchased The Mint and remodeled it into what we know it as today, The Mint Bar & Grill.
Our menu features steaks, seafood, pasta, and ribs being complimented by savory sauces which are specialty. Save room for dessert, they are made in-house and are scrumptious! We offer a full bar, wine list and several micro drafts. We are the only non-smoking bar and restaurant in town.
