About JJJ Wilderness Ranch
The Triple J is an authentic western dude ranch perfect for singles, couples, or families who want to ride, fish, hike, or just relax. All-inclusive Sunday to Friday ranch vacations include all meals, private log cabin accommodations, and unlimited activities. Surrounded by the National Forest with the famous Bob Marshall Wilderness out our backdoor, the location is pristine, and the terrain is diverse and stunning.
The Ranch has an informal atmosphere offering a blend of the West with the comforts of home. Cozy cabins are nestled between aspen and spruce and each log cabin is modern and unique. The main lodge with its Western charm is a fun spot for meals and social gatherings. Wholesome, hearty home-style meals feature traditional cowboy cookouts, fresh fruits and vegetables, and homemade breads and goodies like Grandma used to make.
Quality mountain-savvy quarter horses for the beginner or experienced rider. Fantastic fly-fishing. Fun kids program. Relaxing adult weeks. Campfires with cowboy singing. Miles of trails to hike, wildlife to see, and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained.
For more rugged adventures, we offer horse-pack camping trips into the Bob Marshall Wilderness, over a million acres of roadless, unspoiled forest. Fully outfitted pack trips have limited availability and offer itineraries from base-camp oriented to trips that traverse the wilderness.
From mid-September through late November, join us for the hunt of a lifetime during Montana's big game archery or rifle hunts in the Bob Marshall Wilderness. As your hosts, we will provide a rewarding and memorable fair chase hunt in a comfortable backcountry camp. These hunts begin at the Ranch and ride to our permitted base camp within Hunting District 442. This area is home to the Sun River elk herd, which will be in the rut and beginning to migrate and has excellent Mule deer and Whitetail deer opportunities.
Since 1976, our family has provided authentic Western vacations to folks from all over the world. Escape to a different way of life.
