Service with a smile has new meaning at Expedition. While not everyone is good at remembering names, the owners are often known as those people who smile all the time. Summer in Fort Benton is gorgeous with the valley full of trees fully leafed out. The river helps to cool the evenings down and adds a peaceful murmur as it gently flows by. We have hundreds of tourists float the wild and scenic Missouri each year and they begin their trip from the Levee in Fort Benton. Fort Benton is the birth place of Montana. It was the last stop for the steam boats. Our little town has a population of 1,600 people, and hosts a premier 9 hole golf course that brings people from all over.
