The upstairs of this home is perfect for family and friends. Large living room with TV & DVD. Wireless Internet. Separate completely set up kitchen. Microwave, Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster and of course dishwasher and stove and oven. Lots of cooking and serving utensils. There's an area set up just for games or cards. Everything you need to make this place yours for the time being. And because it is the former house of an artist family it is filled with Art from Montana Artists.

The complete house has just been painted and updated. Very fresh and clean.

There's a $200 refundable damage deposit.

If you have a dog we have a pet gates so you can keep puppy off the carpeted living room and the following guests will not have a problem with their possible allergies. Provide a $50 upgrade in advance and receive approval and you'll love having your doggie traveling with you. You must provide your pet's own kennel to sleep in.

There is one bathroom with a shower and tub. Also 3 separate bedrooms. One with a Queen Bed and one with a Double and third with a Single. The sofa in the living room is a hide a bed and upon request I can find you a couple single air mattresses.

The laundry room is shared and is complete with a washer, dryer and iron and ironing board.

The kitchen is complete but if you want to be taken care of McDonalds is one block away for breakfast and coffee. There are some wonderful restaurants close by. Your hostess is happy to be involved in your Central Montana experience as much as you would like. She is just 2 houses away.

This is a split level home which has stairs. You'll especially feel at home if you grew up in one of these 1960's style homes. It is the whole upstairs that is offered here.

If you need more space the ground level is also a vacation rental. 1 bedroom + bathroom, kitchen and living room with a futon. The two areas are separated with security locks on both sides of the shared laundry facility.
