Kings Hill Pass/Showdown Montana/SilverCrest - 30 miles north of White Sulphur Springs. Alpine ski area, groomed cross-country ski trails, over 200 miles of groomed snowmobile trails. Downhill ski rentals available.

Porphyry Peak Lookout - 30 miles north of White Sulphur Springs on Forest Service road, 1 1/4 miles off the highway. Forest Service volunteer on duty July 1st through Labor Day (no fee).
