About Dry Wolf Cabin
Dry Wolf Cabin is located about 20 miles south of Stanford. It is a modern building located in the Little Belt Mountains about 3 miles from Dry Wolf Campground. The cabin can accommodate 5 people comfortably. Water is not available. There are propane lights and a propane cook stove. Heating is from a wood stove, with firewood provided. The site is not accessible to the disabled. There is a nearby vault toilet. Visitors should bring their own sleeping bags or bedding, food, and water. Dishes and pots/pans are provided. No livestock is allowed. The cabin is pack it in pack-it out, with no garbage service. Nearest food, gas and other supplies are available in Stanford.
Late season road vehicle access may be marginal because of snow. Four-wheel drive is then advised.
Rental fee is $30 per day for up to 14 consecutive nights.
