Bring the family out for the 82nd Judith Basin County Fair. Help us fulfill our mission: To promote the education of the Youth of Judith Basin County, and enrich their experiences and opportunities.
MONDAY, JULY 28, 2025
- 8:00 AM – Working Ranch Horse Show at the fairgrounds
- Immediately Following WRH Show – Fair Set-Up. All 4-H Exhibitors are required to help with Set-Up.
TUESDAY, JULY 29, 2025
- 9:00 – 11:00 AM – 4-H Interview Judging (Location TBD). All participants must be checked in by 11:00 AM. Ice Cream Sundae Social for Demonstration Day participants will take place during interviews.
- 9:00 – 11:00 AM – Cloverbud & 4-H Indoor Exhibits accepted at the Exhibit Building
- 3:00 – 6:00 PM – Livestock Weigh-Ins (Animals may arrive early but must remain in pens until their scheduled weigh time)
- 3:00 – 3:45 PM – Sheep/Goat
- 3:45 – 5:15 PM – Swine
- 5:15 – 6:00 PM – Beef
- 7:00 PM – Exhibitor & Barn Meetings. All small and large animal exhibitors are required to attend.
WEDNESDAY, JULY 30, 2025
- 8:00 AM – Horse Show at the fairgrounds
- 9:00 AM – Grade School Exhibits placed and judged
- 1:00 – 2:45 PM – FFA, FCCLA, Open Class, and Fair Arts Exhibits accepted at the Exhibit Building
- 3:00 PM – Open Class Judging
- 4:00 PM – Dog Show in the Show Arena
THURSDAY, JULY 31, 2025
- 7:30 AM – Swine Show (Showmanship, Market, Breeding)
- 8:30 AM – Exhibit Building Opens
- 11:30 AM – Small Animal Show (chickens, rabbits, cats) in the Show Arena
- 2:45 PM – Beef Show (Market, Showmanship, Breeding)
FRIDAY, AUGUST 1, 2025
- 8:00 AM – Sheep & Goat Show | Sheep: Market, Showmanship, Breeding | Goat: Market, Showmanship, Breeding
- 8:00 AM – Livestock Ultrasounds begin. (Order: Beef, Swine, Sheep/Goats. Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their animals.)
- 11:30 AM – Small Animal Round Robin – Show Arena
- 12:30 PM – Large Animal Round Robin – Show Arena
- 1:30 PM – Adult Showmanship Event – Show Arena
- 4:30 PM – Open Pet Parade, Round Robin & Herdsmanship Awards
- 5:00 PM – Buyer’s Appreciation Dinner
- 6:00 PM – 4-H Livestock Sale. 4-H Dance to follow immediately after the sale
SATURDAY, AUGUST 2, 2025
- 9:00 AM – Exhibit Building & Livestock Take-Down and Clean-Up. All 4-H members, leaders, and parents are required to participate. We will no longer be using a shift sign-up system.
