Montana Range Days

Make your way to Shelby, Montana for Montana's premier rangelands education event, the Montana Range Days. Gather to learn about and celebrate rangelands during this educational three day event. Join in the fun and participate in top notch educational opportunities, activities, contests, workshops and tours. Topics vary from plant identification, soils, ecology, rangeland inventory, and management tools and techniques. In addition there will be excellent food and entertainment. You won't want to miss this educational event for youths and adults of all ages!

Since Montana Range Days' inception in 1977, over 7,000 participants have taken part in this rangelands education event. Every two years, the location of Montana Range Days changes as a new host community partners with statewide sponsors to make this event happen.
